RESERVATION POLICY
Payment: The total price of the reservation will be charged in full 30 days prior to arrival or on the day of booking if within 30 days. The price charged will include taxes and resort.
Sales Tax: The total for taxes and fees is 15% and is added to the room rate before payment.

Check-in: Check in time is 4 PM on your arrival date. Early check-ins are not available. Guests should check-in at the main office. If arriving after hours, please go to your assigned unit at Oak Ridge for check in.

Check-Out: Check out time is 10 AM. Please observe this rule, as our housekeeping staff needs time to prepare for our next arrival. Upon leaving, please secure all windows and doors, load the dishwasher and start, remove all trash, strip beds and reset thermostats to the level posted at the thermostat.
Pet Policy: Oak Ridge has a strict NO-PET policy. Service animals are allowed.
Additional Rules: Oak Ridge has a thorough inspection policy to ensure our units are in good condition and that Guests will not be inadvertently billed for missing or broken items. Please assist us by reporting any missing or broken items to our office within twenty-four (24) hours so that you will not be held responsible.
Cancellation Policy: In the event of a cancellation of a confirmed rental, for any reason, cancellations must be received in writing and are subject to the following penalties:

More than 14 days before arrival date: 15% cancellation charge

Less than 14 days before arrival date: 100% cancellation charge

Reservation Modifications: Oak Ridge allows a onetime reservation modification up to 14 days from arrival. No modification will be authorized within the 100% cancellation period. Modifications include date changes and increase or decrease in accommodation size. Modifications are subject to an additional administrative fee, plus any applicable rate difference and tax. Travel insurance in nontransferable. Modifications are also subject to availability and minimum lengths of stay restrictions.
